| | The Greater Kansas City Campaign Whenever an act of hate occurs in Greater Kansas City and news of that act is carried on Kansas City television or in The Kansas City Star HateBusters will respond. Within three days time we will draw hundreds of people to the place where the hate occurred in a show of support for the victims. We promise that we will get more publicity for the good guys than the bad guys got. We will never let hate have the final word. | | | | | | The Human Family Reunion In cities and towns across America, HateBusters hold Human Family Reunions. People of all races and religions bring a dish of their favorite food and come together for an evening. Who’s right is the wrong question this night. Our sole (soul) purpose is to get to know one another.
| | | | | | Hero Campaign for middle school students "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt
me." WRONG! Totally wrong. Heres the way it really works.
"Sticks and stones may break my bones, and I will soon recover. But
from the wounds that words inflict, I suffer forever." HateBusters go
into middle schools to teach the children how to talk to one another so they
help rather than hurt each other. | | | | | | Fifty Centuries in America HateBusters will visit each of America’s 50 state capitols. We will
organize a hundred mile bicycle ride (a century) for the town. We will hold
a Human Family Reunion. We will teach our book. We will do all of this only
if invited. We are asking the governor of each state, the mayor of each
capitol city and the faith communities represented in the city to invite us. | | | | | | How To Like People Who Are Not Like You This is the name of our book. A reviewer called it profoundly simple and
simply profound, a formula for building human beings. We have taught our
book in elementary, middle, junior high and high schools; in colleges,
universities and Job Corps; in churches, synagogues and mosques; in police
departments and prisons, in private homes and town hall meetings. | | | | | | When Hate Comes To Your Door When someone burns a cross, when haters come with their hateful signs,
when a Klansman is elected to office, HateBusters are asked to come. We help
to redeem the situation. | | | |
